We only need a small maintenance sample. No PMS login, no full database export, no tenant payment data. NDA available before sharing. Samples are used for the audit and deleted on request.
What To Share
- 10-20 maintenance emails.
- Work order screenshots.
- Tenant or vendor follow-up snippets.
- Anonymized examples if your policy requires it.
What Not To Share
- PMS credentials.
- Full database exports.
- Tenant payment data.
- Lease documents unless directly needed and approved.
- SSNs, bank details, medical information, or other sensitive categories.
How Samples Are Used
Samples are used only to prepare the requested maintenance leak audit and discuss whether a pilot would be useful. We do not publish customer samples or use them in public examples without permission.
NDA
A simple NDA can be signed before samples are shared. For validation, the practical scope is mutual confidentiality, audit-only use of samples, no resale or publication of customer data, and deletion on request.
Deletion
You can request deletion of shared samples at any time by emailing anton@workorderaudit.com.
